Nylon abrasive
Extruded polyamide, commonly known as Nylon, is manufactured as standard in the form of bars, plates, tubes, intended for machining. Polyamide 66 (PA66) is a balanced combination of performance and cost effectiveness, providing users with a unique engineered parts polymer. Nylon, which was the first resin for technical parts, is used in a wide range of applications ranging from the electronics, naval and automotive industries.
Extruded Nylon 66 offers exceptional wear resistance and friction properties, while exhibiting very good chemical resistance as well as good impact and temperature resistance. This makes it a very effective nylon abrasive for projection by turbine or compressed air (in a sandblasting cabin)
